يجمع تطبيق «معلّمو القرآن» بين العائلات ومعلّمي القرآن المعتمَدين. تشرح هذه الصفحة ما نحفظه ولماذا ومن يراه وكيف يُحذف. يدير التطبيق Sohaib Thiab من الأردن.

ما نحفظه

• الحساب: البريد الإلكتروني وطريقة الدخول (Apple أو Google أو رمز بالبريد)، والاسم، والجنس، والمنطقة الزمنية، ولغة التطبيق.
• المتعلّمون: الاسم الأول والجنس وسنة الميلاد لكل متعلّم يضيفه وليّ الأمر.
• طلب التدريس: الصورة، وتسجيل التلاوة، وملف الإجازة، والنبذة، واللغات، والتخصصات، ورابط الدرس (Zoom أو Meet أو غيرهما).
• الدروس: المواعيد والحجوزات والإلغاءات وأسبابها، والتقييمات وتعليقاتها.
• المحادثات: الرسائل النصية والصوتية. يُخفي التطبيق أرقام الهواتف والبريد والروابط تلقائيًا.
• السلامة: البلاغات، ورسائل فريقنا، وقائمة الحسابات التي حظرتها.
• التنبيهات: رمز الإشعارات لهاتفك. تُحفظ أخطاء الإرسال 30 يومًا ثم تُحذف.
• بيانات الاستخدام: الشاشات التي تفتحها، والأفعال مثل الحجز والإلغاء وإرسال رسالة (عددها فقط، لا محتواها)، وطراز الهاتف وإصدار النظام والتطبيق، ونوع حسابك (عائلة أو معلّم) ولغته. ترتبط برقم حسابك، ولا تشمل رسائلك ولا الأسماء ولا بيانات أطفالك، ولا عنوان IP ولا الموقع. وإجاباتك إن أجبت عن استبيان داخل التطبيق.

لا نجمع موقعك ولا جهات اتصالك، ولا نستخدم إعلانات أو تتبّعًا بين التطبيقات. يمكنك إيقاف بيانات الاستخدام من «حسابي» ← «مشاركة بيانات الاستخدام» (على ذلك الهاتف)، وإيقافها يوقف الاستبيانات أيضًا.

الأطفال

لا يملك الأطفال حسابات. وليّ الأمر هو صاحب الحساب، وهو من يضيف المتعلّمين ويوافق عنهم. لا نحفظ عن الطفل إلا اسمه الأول وجنسه وسنة ميلاده، لنعرض له المعلّمين المناسبين.

من يرى ماذا

• ترى العائلات صفحة المعلّم المعتمَد: الاسم والصورة والتلاوة والنبذة والتقييمات.
• يرى المعلّم الاسم الأول للمتعلّم وعمره، والتقييم الذي تركته العائلة. لا يرى اسم وليّ الأمر ولا بريده ولا جنس المتعلّم.
• يرى فريقنا ما يلزم لمراجعة طلبات التدريس والبلاغات. لا يقرأ الفريق محادثة إلا إذا وصل عنها بلاغ مفتوح.

الخدمات التي نستخدمها

• Supabase: قاعدة البيانات والملفات وتسجيل الدخول، على خوادم في الاتحاد الأوروبي (فرانكفورت).
• Expo: إرسال الإشعارات إلى هاتفك.
• Apple وGoogle: تسجيل الدخول إن اخترته.
• Resend: إرسال رموز الدخول بالبريد.
• PostHog: تحليل الاستخدام والاستبيانات داخل التطبيق، على خوادم في الاتحاد الأوروبي. تُحفظ بيانات الاستخدام سنة واحدة على الأكثر.

تجري الدروس على أداة المعلّم (Zoom أو Meet أو غيرهما)، وتخضع لسياسة تلك الأداة. الدفع يتم خارج التطبيق.

حذف الحساب

يمكنك حذف حسابك من «حسابي» ← «حذف الحساب». يُحذف فورًا بريدك وبيانات الدخول والأسماء والملفات والرسائل الصوتية ورموز الإشعارات، وتُلغى دروسك القادمة. تبقى الدروس السابقة والتقييمات ونصوص المحادثات عند الطرف الآخر، ويظهر اسمك فيها «—».

Privacy policy

Quran Tutors connects families with approved Quran teachers. This page explains what we store, why, who sees it and how it is deleted. The app is run by Sohaib Thiab, Jordan.

What we store

• Account: email address and sign-in method (Apple, Google or an email code), name, gender, time zone and app language.
• Learners: first name, gender and birth year of each learner a parent adds.
• Teacher application: photo, recitation recording, ijazah file, bio, languages, specialties and lesson link (Zoom, Meet or other).
• Lessons: times, bookings, cancellations and their reasons, ratings and their comments.
• Chats: text and voice messages. The app hides phone numbers, emails and links automatically.
• Safety: reports, messages from our team, and the accounts you blocked.
• Alerts: your phone's notification token. Sending errors are kept 30 days, then deleted.
• Usage data: the screens you open, actions such as booking, cancelling or sending a message (counts only, never content), phone model, system and app version, your account type (family or teacher) and app language. It is linked to your account number and never includes your messages, names or your children's details, your IP address or your location. If you answer an in-app survey, we keep your answers.

We do not collect your location or contacts, and we use no ads or cross-app tracking. You can turn usage data off in My account → Share usage data (on that phone); turning it off also stops surveys.

Children

Children do not have accounts. The parent holds the account, adds learners and consents for them. For a child we keep only the first name, gender and birth year, to show suitable teachers.

Who sees what

• Families see an approved teacher's page: name, photo, recitation, bio and ratings.
• Teachers see a learner's first name and age, and the rating the family gave. They never see the parent's name or email, or the learner's gender.
• Our team sees what it needs to review teacher applications and reports. It reads a chat only while there is an open report about it.

Services we use

• Supabase: database, files and sign-in, on servers in the EU (Frankfurt).
• Expo: delivers notifications to your phone.
• Apple and Google: sign-in, if you choose it.
• Resend: sends sign-in codes by email.
• PostHog: usage analytics and in-app surveys, on servers in the European Union. Usage data is kept for at most one year.

Lessons happen on the teacher's own tool (Zoom, Meet or other) under that tool's policy. Payments happen outside the app.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account in My account → Delete account. Your email, sign-in data, names, files, voice messages and notification tokens are removed at once, and your upcoming lessons are cancelled. Past lessons, ratings and chat text stay with the other side, with your name shown as "—".
