من يستخدم التطبيق

التطبيق للبالغين. وليّ الأمر يفتح الحساب ويضيف أبناءه متعلّمين ويكون مسؤولًا عن استخدامهم له. باستخدام التطبيق توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية.

المعلّمون

يراجع فريقنا تلاوة كل معلّم وإجازته قبل ظهوره للعائلات، لكن المعلّمين مستقلّون وليسوا موظفين لدينا. يقدّم المعلّم دروسًا مجانية كل أسبوع قبل أن تُفتح دروسه المدفوعة بالسعر الظاهر في التطبيق.

السلوك

• تبقى المراسلة داخل التطبيق. لا يُسمح بمشاركة أرقام الهواتف أو البريد أو روابط التواصل في المحادثات.
• الاحترام واجب، ولا مكان للكلام المسيء أو الرسائل المتكررة.
• يمكنك الإبلاغ عن أي محادثة أو حظر أي حساب في أي وقت.
• قد يرسل فريقنا تنبيهًا، أو يوقف الحساب مؤقتًا عند مخالفة هذه القواعد، وتُلغى عندها الدروس القادمة.

الدفع

لا يتم الدفع داخل التطبيق في هذه النسخة. تتفق العائلة مع المعلّم على الدفع خارج التطبيق، ولسنا طرفًا في هذا الاتفاق.

الدروس والإلغاء

تجري الدروس على أداة المعلّم (Zoom أو Meet أو غيرهما). الإلغاء متاح من «دروسي»، والإلغاء المتأخر والغياب يُسجّلان وقد يراجعهما فريقنا.

حسابك

يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من «حسابي». قد نوقف أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط.

المسؤولية

نقدّم التطبيق كما هو، ونسعى لأن يعمل دائمًا دون أن نضمن ذلك. لسنا مسؤولين عن محتوى الدروس ولا عن الاتفاقات بين العائلات والمعلّمين. يخضع هذا الاتفاق لقوانين المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية.

Who can use the app

The app is for adults. A parent opens the account, adds their children as learners and is responsible for their use of it. By using the app you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.

Teachers

Our team reviews each teacher's recitation and ijazah before families can see them, but teachers are independent, not our employees. A teacher offers free lessons each week before their paid lessons open, at the price shown in the app.

Conduct

• Keep contact in the app. Sharing phone numbers, emails or contact links in chats is not allowed.
• Be respectful. No abusive language or repeated messages.
• You can report any chat or block any account at any time.
• Our team may send a warning, or pause an account that breaks these rules; its upcoming lessons are then cancelled.

Payments

There are no payments in the app in this version. Families and teachers agree on payment outside the app, and we are not a party to that agreement.

Lessons and cancellations

Lessons happen on the teacher's own tool (Zoom, Meet or other). You can cancel in My lessons; late cancels and no-shows are recorded and our team may review them.

Your account

You can delete your account at any time in My account. We may pause any account that breaks these terms.

Liability

We provide the app as it is and try to keep it working, without guaranteeing that. We are not responsible for lesson content or for agreements between families and teachers. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
